Don't try to think anything. Just free your mind before 2 hours going to bed. The more you telling yourself to go to sleep to more you stress yourself. And you had created yourself a pressure to go to bed.

Read some boring story book or listen some music to slack your mind. This will be more effective than thinking about somethings.</description>
